I have an extensive portfolio of business processes, focused primarily on the Service Industry. Companies I have done process work for include:
Southern California Edison – During my tenure, I worked on an IT Process Improvement project, designed to bring the IT organization into Level 2 Compliance per the Capability Maturity Model. As a member of the Organizational Design & Effectiveness team, I mapped processes for 30 different organizations in the Edison enterprise
Williams Companies – At Williams, I mapped all of the Talent Acquisition processes, to significantly improve the company’s Recruiting & Onboarding processes.
loanDepot – A loanDepot, I defined and mapped the Recruiting processes, enabling the company to efficiently source, select, and onboard new employees.
Countrywide Mortgage – At Countrywide, I was part of a team that oversaw all of the IT projects. We were responsible for defining and implementing the Project Methodologies for all projects. We oversaw between 20 and 25 projects at any one time. I also spearheaded the Documentation & File Management system, to bring all projects into ONE system of organization.
